My girls!

(gotta have the good pics with the bad right?!)

One of the things we did while we were in Idaho this past weekend,
was BBQ with a couple of my long time friends.
(Greg and Melissa met for the first time!)
I was so excited to know that Melissa would still be in Idaho!
Can't believe another year has gone by and I'm
so sad just thinking about when the next time will be
when get to see these two.
We had a great evening though,
and I already miss these two so much!
Love you ladies!

Soon to come.....pics from the Idaho reception!

Greg's Choir Concert

Tuesday night, Greg had a choir concert at school.
This is the first time I have ever seen him perform,
(he had a solo!) and he did a really great job!

Enjoy! And I tried to carefully move the camera
to my knee so I could rest my hand,
but the first few seconds of the video, I'm a little wobbly.
(oh, and don't try to understand anything he is saying,
the requiem they sang was in another language!)

Some more wedding pictures....

The (second) proposal

So this is a little out of order,
but when Greg and I decided (again)
to get married, he came to Idaho on Thursday
and we were married that Sunday.
Some of his family was able to make the long
trek on such short notice
(thanks family, it meant a lot to us that you came!)
and that Saturday, we had a family dinner
at Johnny Carinos.
Before dinner, Greg stood to thank everyone
for coming and then he got down on
one knee and asked me,
"Brittany, will you marry me tomorrow?"
It was so sweet and kind made me laugh when
he said tomorrow.

We had our Washington open house last night
and the decorations turned out awesome!
(Pics to come!)
My parents and sister came for the weekend.
It was so good to see them! Knowing that they
were coming this weekend, and
we get to see them again in a couple weeks,
has kept me from getting too home sick.

Log Cabin Resort

This past weekend, Greg and I went camping with
Kristy and Kayleb (Greg's oldest sister and nephew)
We headed out Friday night and what was suppose to be
a 3 1/2 hour drive turned into a 5 hour drive because
we missed the ferry that was going to take us pretty much
right to our campground! We didn't actually miss the ferry,
we thought we had until midnight, only to get there and find out
that the last ferry left at 9:30. Total bummer.
But we finally made it and went right to be when we got there.
We spent a lot of Saturday out on the lake fishing.
Here is our cabin:

Kayleb and Greg being silly. They were playing with the Velcro
set where the ball sticks to the pad thing (does that make sense?)
anyway, the thing broke after about 3 minutes. Cheap Walgreen toy!

The view from the ferry on our way home!

Yes, we were able to catch the ferry on the way home. That saved us
so much time!! It was a lot of fun to get away for the weekend.

Greg is almost done with this semester of school and I
am still trying to find a job. (I hate job hunting!)
We have a reception here this weekend and
I'm so excited for my mom and dad to come this week!
I wish the rest of the family was able to come also!
